10. Agreement with Los Angeles County Probation Department to Establish a\nPrevention and Intervention Program. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement and any\nsubsequent amendments or documents between the City of Pico Rivera and\nthe County of Los Angeles Probation Department, in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney to establish a Prevention and Intervention Program (PIP) within\nthe City of Pico Rivera.
