8. APPROVAL TRANSFER AGREEMENTS WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY\nFLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR THE SAFE, CLEAN WATER\n(SCW) PROGRAM\nRecommended Action:\nA. Approve the Transfer Agreement with the Los Angeles County\nFlood Control District for the Safe, Clean Water (SCW) Program\n– Spane Park Project and authorize the Mayor or her designee\nto execute the agreement, in a form approved by the City\nAttorney.\nB. Approve the Transfer Agreement with the Los Angeles County\nFlood Control District for the Safe, Clean Water (SCW) Program\n– Progress Park Project and authorize the Mayor or her\ndesignee to execute the agreement, in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney.\nC. Approve the Transfer Agreement with the Los Angeles County\nFlood Control District for the Safe, Clean Water (SCW) Program\n– Municipal Program and authorize the Mayor or her designee\nto execute the agreement, in a form approved by the City\nAttorney.
