7.m. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-220,\nAWARDING A PUBLIC WORKS AGREEMENT TO SOUTHERN\nCALIFORNIA PRECISION CONCRETE INC. DBA PRECISION\nCONCRETE CUTTING FOR TRIP HAZARD REMOVAL SERVICES\nStaff seeks City Council approval to award a Public Works Agreement to\nSouthern California Precision Concrete Inc. dba Precision Concrete\nCutting for Trip Hazard Removal Services.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-220, awarding a Public Works Agreement\nto Southern California Precision Concrete Inc dba Precision\nConcrete Cutting for Trip Hazard Removal Services; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute\nthe agreement.\nENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS: The action proposed herein is not a\nproject subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\npursuant to Section 20165 of CEQA and Sections 15060(c)(2),\n15060(c)(3), and 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines and, as such, no\nenvironmental document pursuant to CEQA is required. Sidewalk repair\ncomplies with all requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) and is categorically exempt under Section 15301 Class 1\nSubsection (c) as the work involves maintenance and repair of existing\nfacilities with negligible or no expansion of use.\n8.
