CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-213,\nADOPTING AND APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF\nUNDERSTANDING (MOU) BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH EL MONTE\nAND THE SOUTH EL MONTE EMPLOYEES’ ASSOCIATION (SEMEA)\nThe Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of South El\nMonte and the South El Monte Employees’ Association (SEMEA) for the\nperiod beginning July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2027, has been\nagreed to, subject to City Council approval.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council adopt\nResolution No. 24-213, approving the MOU between the City of South El\nMonte and SEMEA.
