Agenda Item E
7.e. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-212,\nADOPTING AND APPROVING THE WORKPLACE VIOLENCE\nPREVENTION POLICY\nSB 553 was enacted on September 30, 2023. If this\npolicy is approved by the City Council, City management will complete a\nrequired meet and confer with both Bargaining Units within the City and\nprovide effective training regarding the City’s adopted WVPP.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council consider\nadopting Resolution No. 24-212, adopting and approving the Workplace\nViolence Prevention Policy.
