CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-222,\nAPPROVING AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT\n(PSA) TO SCI CONSULTING GROUP FOR CANNABIS CONSULTING\nSERVICES\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-222, awarding PSA to SCI Consulting\nGroup for cannabis consulting services, in an amount not to exceed\n$91,000; and2\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to negotiate and\nexecute the agreement.\n10.
