FINAL ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN BY THE CITY COUNCIL UPON COUNCILMEMBER JIMENEZ TO ENSURE\nA SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT FOR EMPLOYEES IN THE CITY OF MONTEBELLO\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Evaluate the Investigation into the Workplace Incident on March 6, 2024, Involving Councilmember\nJimenez; and\n2. Consider taking Final Actions for Councilmember Jimenez to Ensure a Safe Working Environment for\nEmployees in the City of Montebello; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
