10. Vehicle Replacement – Purchase of Two Vehicles for the Pico Rivera Water\nAuthority. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Ratify the purchase of two (2) vehicles in the aggregate amount of $111,534;\n2. Authorize the Executive Director to execute all documents related to the\npurchase of the two (2) vehicles; and\n3. Authorize the Executive Director, or his designee, to execute all agreements\nnecessary to facilitate the sale or disposal of the two (2) aged vehicles.
