City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 23-236\nAmendment 3 to the Professional Services Agreement\n(PSA) with GeoPacifica, Inc., in the amount $150,000 for a\nnot-to-exceed total maximum PSA amount of $950,000, for\nas-needed construction management services to augment\nCapital Improvement Program (CIP) staff through June\n2025; and authorize the City Manager to execute the\namendment.
