Authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No.1 to the Professional\nServices Agreement with Rancho Santa Fe Security for fire and burglary\nalarm system upgrade in Fiscal Year 2024/25 in an amount of $5,799, and a\nrecommended contingency amount of $1,000, for a total amount of $6,799 for\nFiscal Year 2024/25 to be charged to Facilities CIP.\nb.
