APPROVE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 24X212 WITH DESERT ARC\nDBA DESERT ARC LANDSCAPING FOR GROUND MAINTENANCE, LANDSCAPING,\nAND TRASH REMOVAL SERVICES FOR PALM SPRINGS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract Services Agreement No. 24X212 with Desert Arc dba Desert Arc\nLandscaping to provide ground maintenance, landscaping, and trash removal\nservices for the Palm Springs International Airport in an amount not to exceed\n$1,600,000 for a five -year term beginning September 15, 2024 through September\n14, 2029.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
