1.j Approval of Agreement Extension and Equipment Upgrade with Axon Enterprise,\nInc.\nFiscal Impact:\nExpense: $1,695,435.93 Total Purchase Price of Equipment\nBudget: $ 393,576.93 Year 1 Payment (103041-6136) FY 2024-25\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. for the purchase of body\nworn cameras, in-car video, interview room video, Taser devices, cloud data\nstorage, and all related equipment and services beginning in Fiscal Year 2024-\n2025 and ending in Fiscal Year 2028-2029 with a five-year total cost of\n$1,695,435.93; and\n2. Authorize the City Administrator or his designee to execute all necessary\ndocuments, in a form approved by the City Attorney, to effectuate these\nactions.
