I.10 APPROVE THE LICENSE AGREEMENT AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION TO\nACCEPT THE OFFER OF DEDICATION OF LOT B (PETTIT STREET) PARCEL\nMAP 7528 (REPORT OF: PUBLIC WORKS)\nApprove the License Agreement By and Between the City of Moreno Valley and the\nCounty of Riverside for Maintenance Purposes and Adopt Resolution Number 2024-\nXX Accepting the Offer of Dedication of Lot B (Pettit Street) on Parcel Map 7528 for\nPublic Access Purposes\nRecommendation(s)\n4\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve the License Agreement By and Between the City of Moreno Valley and\nthe County of Riverside granting permission from the City to the County of Riverside\nto use Pettit Street as an access road between Locust Avenue and north City limits,\nto perform one-time maintenance of the access road; and\n2. Adopt Resolution Number 2024-XX accepting the Offer of Dedication of Lot B\n(labeled as Pettit Street) offered on Parcel Map 7528 into the City’s non-maintained\nroad system and authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute the\nAcceptance Certificate to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of\nRiverside.
