AWARD and APPROVE the proposed Contract Services\nAgreement, for a three-year term plus two (2) optional one-year\nextensions, to Corky's Pest Control, Incorporated, to provide\nintegrated pest management services to the City of Carson for a\nContract Sum of $154,638.00 for the initial three-year term (Exhibit\nNo. 3; "Agreement"); and\n2.
