APPROVE Amendment No. 2 to the Contract Services\nAgreement with Jahker Inc. to provide on-call professional\nservices, by adding an additional $74,000 for a new total\nnot-to-exceed contract amount of $148,000.00 and extending the\nterm of the contract through June 30, 2025 (Exhibit 3).\n2.
