1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with CSG Advisors, Inc., in an amount not to exceed\n$200,000, for on-call housing and financial advisory consulting services to support the Anaheim\nHousing Authority, for a two year term beginning March 4, 2025, with two one-year optional\nrenewals, and authorize the Executive Director of the Anaheim Housing Authority, or designee, to\nexecute and administer the agreement.
