CC 8. Badillo Street Water Services Replacement Project – Project No. W2501 – Award of\nContract to GRBCON, Inc. for a Not-to-Exceed Amount of $379,581.20.\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Approve plans and specifications for the Badillo Street Water Services Replacement\nProject;\n2. Award a contract for the Badillo Street Water Services Replacement Project to\nGRBCON, Inc. as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for a not-to-exceed\namount of $379,581.20 and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract;\n3. Authorize a project contingency amount of $37,958.12 (approximately 10%) for any\nunforeseen construction expenses; and\n4. Award a Professional Services Agreement to Siterep Construction Services, Inc for\nInspection Services for an amount not-to-exceed $25,200 and authorize the City\nManager to execute the contract.
