6. Notice of Completion and Agreement Amendments for El Segundo\nBoulevard Improvement Project\nRecommendation -\n1. Accept El Segundo Boulevard Improvement Project No. PW 23-02 by\nSully-Miller Contracting Company as complete.\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to file and record a Notice of Completion with the\nLos Angeles County Recorder’s Office.\n3. Authorize an increase in the construction contingencies by $150,000\nfrom $700,000 to $850,000 for Sully-Miller Contracting Company from\nProposition C funds, and authorize the City Manager to execute an\namendment to Agreement No. 6547 with Sully-Miller Contracting\nCompany to increase the agreement amount by $150,000 for a total not-\nto-exceed amount of $7,436,035.30.\n4. Authorize an increase in the construction management contingencies by\n$146,688.63 from $30,000 to $176,688.63, and authorize the City\nManager to execute an amendment to Agreement No. 6600 with Z&K\nConsultants to increase the agreement amount by $146,688.63 for a total\nnot-to-exceed amount of $436,248.63, payable from Proposition C funds.\n5.
