Determine City’s Position on Cal Cities 2024 Annual Conference Proposed\nResolutions\nRecommendation:\nThat Your Honorable City Council:\n(1) Consider the following League of California Cities Resolution:\n(a) A Resolution of the General Assembly of the League of California Cities\ncalling for the California Legislature to enact laws that ensure that “What\napplies to one, applies to All” in the Fair and Equal Treatment of All\nGovernmental Officials at All Levels in the State of California\n​(2) Direct the appointed voting delegate to support the above resolution at the\nGeneral Assembly meeting.
