2.16.030 of Chapter 2.16 of the Victorville Municipal Code, for the purpose of\nadjusting the salaries of members of the Victorville City Council pursuant to Senate\nBill 329\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Open and conduct the public hearing;\n(2) Introduce Ordinance No. 2451 for adoption and first reading by title only; and\n(3) Waive further reading in full of proposed Ordinance No. 2451.\nCONSENT CALENDAR\n2. Reduction of Securities for Tract Map No. 16463\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Approve a 20% reduction of the Drainage and Landscape Maintenance\nAssessment District (LMAD) Public Improvement Faithful Performance Securities\nfor Tract Map No. 16463; and\n(2) Accept the completed Drainage and Landscape Maintenance Assessment\nDistrict (LMAD) Public Improvements.

Notice of Completion for Building 686 Interior Renovations, Project #CC24-061\nRecommendation:\nThat the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority (“SCLAA”) Board of\nDirectors:\n(1) Approve the Notice of Completion for Building 686 Interior Renovations, Project\n#CC24-061; and\n(2) Authorize the Executive Director to execute the Notice of Completion.\nWRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS

8. Award of a Construction Agreement for the Fire Station Bay Door Project\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council award a construction agreement to Precision\nGarage Doors & Gates in the amount of $184,342 for the Fire Station Bay Door\nProject.

9. Purchase of One (1) Liquid Filled Padmounted Transformer\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Find that Hitachi Energy USA, Inc., through its distributor NEXUS Power, is the\nsole distributor of Hitachi transformers, and that the sole source for standardizing\nthe forementioned component of the electric utility distribution system is approved\nin accordance with Section 2.28.100(b)(2) of the Victorville Municipal Code; and\n(2) Approve the purchase of one (1) Liquid Filled Padmounted Transformer from\nHitachi Energy USA, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $139,180.00.
