Purchase of One (1) Liquid Filled Padmounted Transformer\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Find that Hitachi Energy USA, Inc., through its distributor NEXUS Power, is the\nsole distributor of Hitachi transformers, and that the sole source for standardizing\nthe forementioned component of the electric utility distribution system is approved\nin accordance with Section 2.28.100(b)(2) of the Victorville Municipal Code; and\n(2) Approve the purchase of one (1) Liquid Filled Padmounted Transformer from\nHitachi Energy USA, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $139,180.00.
