Reduction of Securities for Tract Map No. 16463\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Approve a 20% reduction of the Drainage and Landscape Maintenance\nAssessment District (LMAD) Public Improvement Faithful Performance Securities\nfor Tract Map No. 16463; and\n(2) Accept the completed Drainage and Landscape Maintenance Assessment\nDistrict (LMAD) Public Improvements.
