Page 27 Community Facilities District 2005-1 Bond Refunding - Professional Services\nAgreement with NBS Government Finance Group\nRecommended Action:\nIt is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to enter into\nan agreement with NBS Government Finance Group (NBS) in an amount of\n$25,000, to provide professional services related to the Community Facilities\nDistrict (CFD) 2005-1 (Belgate Development Restructuring) Special Tax, Series\n2014 Bond Refunding.
