Small Residential Rooftop Solar Energy Systems, An Ordinance, Adding Chapter\n8.15 Small Residential Rooftop Solar Energy Systems; of Title 8, of the Yucca\nValley Municipal Code.\nRecommendation:\nThat The Town Council finds the project is exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)\nwhich states that if an activity is covered by the general rule that CEQA\napplies only to projects which have the potential for causing a\nsignificant effect on the environment, and where it can be seen with\ncertainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may\nhave a significant effect on the environment, the activity is not subject\nto CEQA;\nThat The Town Council introduces the Ordinance, adding Chapter 8.15,\nSmall Residential Rooftop Solar Energy Systems, Title 8, of the Yucca\nValley Municipal Code.\nAN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF YUCCA\nVALLEY, CALIFORNIA, ADDING CHAPTER 8.15 SMALL RESIDENTIAL\nROOFTOP SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEMS, LIMITING REVIEW OF SMALL\nRESIDENTIAL ROOFTOP SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEMS TO\nNONDISCRETIONARY REVIEW BY THE TOWN BUILDING OFFICIAL\nPURSUANT TO CAL.
