10.15 Termination of Existing Cooperative Agreement and Execution of Revised Cooperative\nAgreement with the California Department of Transportation for the Garbani Road / I­\n215 Interchange Project\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Cooperative Agreement Termination\nStatement with the California Department of Transportation (“Caltrans”) to\nterminate the existing Cooperative Agreement for the Project Approval and\nEnvironmental Document (PA&ED), Plans, Specifications, and Estimate\n(PS&E), and Right of Way (ROW) phases for the Garbani Road / Interstate 215\nInterchange, Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Project No. 20­05 (“Project”);\nand\n2. Approve as to form and authorize the City Manager to execute the necessary\ndocuments, including but not limited to a revised Cooperative Agreement, with\nCaltrans for the PA&ED, PS&E, and ROW phases of work for the Project.
