Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of\nUnderstanding (MOU) with the County of Riverside, Riverside University Health\nSystem ­ Behavioral Health for Crisis/Triage Behavioral Health Services; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all subsequent yearly MOU\namendments at the City’s discretion.
