5. Approval of a Master Services Agreement with OpenGov Inc., for\nthe Implementation of an Asset Management Software System\nfor the Department of Public Works\nStaff recommends that Council:\n1. Approve the cancellation of OpenGov’s Budgeting and\nPlanning software module and authorize the\nimplementation of OpenGov’s Asset Management software\nincluding the transfer of remaining budgeted funds and\ncontract credits to be applied towards implementation and\nsubscription costs for the new system; and,\n2.\nAuthorize the Mayor to execute the Master Services\nAgreement, and related documents with OpenGov in an\namount not to exceed $156,598.17 for an initial term of two\nyears and four months, with additional three one-year\nrenewal options for the implementation and subscription of\nthe Asset Management software including integration with\nthe Government Outreach GoGov portal; and,\n3. Authorize the Director of Finance to make all necessary\nappropriations and budget amendments for the term of the\nAgreement.
