Consider and approve the appropriation of Proposition 64 Public Health and Safety Grant\nFunds for the El Monte Cannabis Awareness Safety and Enforcement Program from\nAccount No. 294-71-784-6111 in an amount not-to-exceed $100,000;\n2.
