Appropriate $540,000 of Black Gold Golf Club FY\n21/22 profits toward repayment of the golf course debt and, 2.) Authorize staff to establish a\ncapital reserve fund for Black Gold Golf Club and appropriate a transfer in the amount of\n$511,688 to the fund.\nCLOSED SESSION IF REQUIRED
