9.9 APPROVAL OF STRIPING DESIGN AND AUTHORIZATION TO PREPARE\nCONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS AND SOLICIT BIDS FOR THE AGNES STRIPING\nPROJECT, FY 2024-2025 (CIP PROJECT NO. 2350|2352.68.145)\nCity Council Regular Meeting\n5\nComments:\nThe Agnes Striping Project will include a new street striping and markings layout, aiming\nto improve safety and increase parking for residents. A new design for the striping on\nAgnes Avenue has been completed and reviewed by Staff. Staff is requesting City\nCouncil approve the new striping design and authorize staff to create construction\ndrawings and proceed to advertise for bidding on the Agnes Striping Project. (PW)\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached resolution entitled: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING\nTHE AGNES AVENUE STRIPING DESIGN AND AUTHORIZATION TO PREPARE\nCONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS AND SOLICIT BIDS FOR THE AGNES STRIPING\nPROJECT, FY 2024-2025 (CIP PROJECT NO. 2350|2352.68.145).”
