9.6 APPROVE DMC ENGINEERING INC, TO PROVIDE CONSULTING SERVICES TO\nPREPARE AN UPDATE OF THE AMERICA’S WATER INFRASTRUCTURE ACT\n(AWIA) RISK AND RESILIENCY ASSESSMENT (RRA) AND EMERGENCY\nRESPONSE PLAN (ERP) FOR THE CITY OF LYNWOOD.\nComments:\nCity staff met with representatives from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)\nregarding the City’s Risk and Resiliency Assessment (RRA) and Emergency Response\nPlan (ERP) that was submitted in March 2020. The EPA requested that the City update\nthe 2020 plans to meet the requirements of the America’s Water Infrastructure Act\n(AWIA).
