AUTHORIZE the City Engineer, or its designee, to negotiate and enter into\nan agreement to acquire a 236 square­foot permanent street easement and\na 532 square­foot temporary construction easement affecting real property\nlocated at 3400 and 3408 East Cesar E. Chavez Avenue, Los Angeles, CA\n90063­4106, also known as a portion of Assessor Parcel Nos. 5232­010­\n032 and 5232­010­031 required for the completion of the Cesar Chavez\nAvenue/Lorena Street/Indiana Street ­ Roundabout Project; and\n2. AUTHORIZE the City Engineer, or its designee, to request the Los Angeles\nDepartment of Transportation to draw the necessary demand(s) for the total\namount of just compensation, not­to­exceed $102,479, payable to WJ\nVernon, LLC (Property Owner) to cover the cost of acquiring the permanent\nstreet easement and a temporary construction easement that are necessary\nto build the project.\n(W.O.
