Approve the appointment and retired annuitant employment agreement with Jorge Cisneros to\nserve on an interim basis to the vacant position of Interim Chief of Police, effective March 17,\n2023, determining the specialized skills and critical need of the position to the City of Anaheim\nand within the Anaheim Police Department.
