FINANCE COMMITTEE: AMENDMENTS TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2025 GENERAL FEE SCHEDULE\n(Finance Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the action proposed in the agenda report is statutorily exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15273 (Rates, Tolls, Fares, and\nCharges); and\n(2) Adopt a resolution amending the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 General Fee Schedule.
