3. HOME OCCUPATION PERMITS – F2M24-16\nAt the June 24, 2024 meeting the City Council requested information regarding home\noccupation permits to discuss whether or not changes were needed to the existing code.\nStaff will present information regarding home occupation permit forms; current regulations;\ntypes of home occupations currently allowed; mobile business licenses; and, cottage food\noperations/home kitchens. At this time, following a review of the newly adopted codes,\nand considering neighborhood impacts, staff does not recommend any changes to home\noccupation regulations.\nRecommended Action: Receive and file or direct staff as deemed appropriate.\nCONSENT AGENDA (Item Nos. 4 – 26)\nAll items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered by the City Council to be routine and\nwill be enacted by one motion unless a citizen or Council member requests otherwise; in which\ncase, the item will be removed for separate consideration.
