Approve the First Amendment to Agreement with Overland, Pacific & Cutler, LLC, increasing the\nagreement by $10,000, for an agreement amount not to exceed $79,316.79, for Right-of-Way\nAcquisition Services Citywide for the Safe Routes to School Sidewalk Gap Closure Project; and\nauthorize the Director of Public Works, or designee, to execute the amendment and to take the\nnecessary actions to implement and administer the agreement.
