14. Approve an agreement with the Magnolia School District for lease of a portion of the School\nDistrict’s Real Property at Schweitzer Park, in exchange for maintenance and utilities services, for\nan initial ten year term with three five-year optional renewals; and authorize the Director of\nCommunity Services, or designee, to execute the agreement and related documents and to take\nthe necessary actions to implement and administer the agreement.
