GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT (GP-23-1), ZONE CHANGE (23-1), TENTATIVE TRACT MAP (TT-\n24-1), CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CU-24-1), AND MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION (MND-\n24-2) TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 93-UNIT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AT 8030\nDALE STREET\n— Recommended Action: 1) Conduct a public hearing; and, 2) thereafter based on the analysis\nprovided in this agenda report and the facts and findings provided in the attached Resolutions\nand Ordinance, adopt Resolutions and an Ordinance approving a General Plan Amendment (GP-\n23-1) to amend the existing General Plan Land Use designation from Commercial to High Density\nResidential; a Zone Change (Z-23-1) to amend the existing zoning district from CS (Commercial\nShopping) Mixed Use Overlay-45 to RM-20 (Medium-Density Multifamily Residential) Mixed Use\nOverlay-45; a Tentative Tract Map (TT-24-1) to subdivide an existing parcel into a single lot forcondominium purposes; a Conditional Use Permit (CU-24-1) to permit the proposed 93-unit\ntownhome residential development, and to allow building heights up to 37 feet 7 inches; and\nMitigated Negative Declaration (MND-24-2) certifying the project in compliance with the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the property located at 8030 Dale Street.
