5B. LEASE / SERVICE AGREEMENTS WITH DEKRA-LITE INDUSTRIES, INC. TO PROVIDE HOLIDAY\nDECORATIONS AND SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF BUENA PARK\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a five-year lease agreement with Dekra-Lite Industries, Inc.\nin the annual amount of $104,000 to provide holiday decorations for the City; 2) Approve a five-\nyear service agreement with Dekra-Lite Industries, Inc. in the annual amount of $11,000 to\nprovide installation, removal, and maintenance services for the existing 18 ft. City-owned\nChristmas tree; 3) Approve a budget transfer in amount of $54,000 from the undesignated\nEconomic Development Fund balance; 4) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make\nany necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreements; and 5) Authorize the City Manager\nand City Clerk to execute the agreements.
