9F. LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON FOR HOLLENBECK PARK\nIn order to continue the License Agreement for Hollenbeck Park (Assessor’s Parcel\nNumbers 126-384-23, 126-336-08, and 126-372-36), between Southern California\nEdison and the City of Stanton, it is necessary to approve the agreement for a term of five\n(5) years commencing June 1, 2025, and ending on May 31, 2030. The City will pay\nSouthern California Edison Company the sum of $15,438.43 for the term of the contract.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council declare this action to be categorically exempt under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act, Section 15061(b)(3) as the activity is covered by the\ngeneral rule that CEQA applies only to projects which have the potential for causing\nsignificant effect on the environment; and\n2. Approve the Southern California Edison License Agreement No. 9.3118 to continue\nleasing Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 126-384-23, 126-336-08, and 126-372-36,\nHollenbeck Park for a five-year period commencing June 1, 2025, to May 31, 2030;\nand\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute said agreement.
