10. Approve the First Amendment to Professional Services Agreements with CSG Consultants, Inc.\nand Jason Addison Smith Consulting Services, Inc. increasing the compensation amount for\nboth agreements by $750,000 for a total compensation amount of $2,000,000 each, for as-\nneeded plan check, permit processing, and inspection consulting services for the Planning and\nBuilding Department; and authorize the Planning and Building Director to execute the individual\namendments and other related documents necessary to implement the amendments.
