Adopt Resolution No. 11579. A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Orange\nestablishing a policy on the provision of crossing guard services.\n2. Approve the agreement with All City Management Services, Inc. in the total amount\nof $415,768, representing the cost of crossing guard services of $377,971, plus a\n10% contingency of $37,797; and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute on\nbehalf of the City.\n3.
