Amend fiscal year 2024-25 Pico Rivera Water Authority budget by\nappropriating $146,730 from the Water Authority Fund Balance to CIP No.\n50042, Account No. 550.70.7340.54500-50042;\n2. Approve Change Order No. 2 for the PFAS Treatment System Project, CIP\nNo. 50042 (Project), in the amount of $88,538.48, for a new total not-to-\nexceed construction contract amount of $4,941,984.91; and\n3. Authorize the Executive Director or his designee to execute Change Order\nNo. 2 for the Project.
