Approve Change Order No. 4 for the Pico Rivera Regional Bikeway Project,\nFederal Project No. ATPL-5351 (032), CIP No. 21280, in the amount of\n$387,838.74 for a new not-to-exceed construction amount of\n$10,273,278.42;\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order No. 4\nfor the Project; and\n3. Approve an appropriation of $450,000 from Measure W Fund 209 balance\nto CIP No. 21280, Account No. 209.70.7300.54500-21280, for additional\ncontingency to complete the Project.
