(500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 5 to Agreement No. 15-1615 with Tyler\nTechnologies, the parent company of New World Systems, Inc. (NWS), for\nthe continued maintenance and support of the City of Pico Rivera’s financial\nsystem, for an amount not-to-exceed $82,991 for fiscal year (FY) 2024-25,\n$87,141 for FY 2025-26, $91,499 for FY 2026-27, $96,074 for FY 2027-28,\nand $100,878 for FY 2028-29 by executing Amendment No. 5 to the original\nsoftware license and service Agreement No. 15-1615, dated August 10,\n2015; and\n2.
