CENTRAL PARK COMMUNITY GARDEN LICENSE AGREEMENT - This item\nconsiders approval of a 10-year license agreement between the Community Gardens of\nSanta Clarita and the City of Santa Clarita through 2034.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council to authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents for the\nCommunity Gardens license renewal with the Community Gardens of Santa Clarita,\nsubject to City Attorney approval.\nThis time has been set aside for any speakers that have turned in speaker cards and were not\nheard in the first thirty minutes allotted to address the City Council on items that are NOT on the\nagenda.
