Approval of an Agreement for Homelessness Coordination between the City of\nHawthorne and St. Margaret Center\nRECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the\nagreement with St. Margaret Center to establish a partnership that will fund and\nfill the position of a Homeless Services Supervisor. The Homeless Services\nSupervisor will coordinate homelessness outreach, services, and programs within\nthe City of Hawthorne.
