Staff, the Development Plan Review Board, and the Planning Commission recommend that\n the City Council:\n a. Adopt Resolution 2024­27, approving DPRB Case No.21­0002 and TRP 21­0004.\n 2. Staff and the Planning Commission recommend that the City Council:\n a. Adopt Resolution 2024­28, approving the IS/MND.\n b. Introduce Ordinance 1313, approving ZC 21­0001.\n c. Adopt Resolution 2024­27, approving LM 21­0001, DPRB 21­0002 and TRP\n 21­0004.
