Rescind the acceptance of the bid from Heritage Armory LLC made at the City Council Meeting of\nFebruary 7, 2023 for the purchase ballistic vests and related accessories for the Anaheim Police\nDepartment (Bid #9627), in the amount of $110,756.10 plus applicable tax, due to the awarded\nvendor withdrawing their bid prior to order placement; and authorize the Purchasing Agent to re-\naward the items upon completion of the evaluation of the remaining bid offers and issue the\nnecessary purchase orders for the purchase of the ballistic vests and accessories in an estimated\nincrease of $3,000 to the overall cost.
