Waive the bidding requirement of Council Policy 4.0 and authorize the purchase of one Pierce fire\nengine and one Pierce fire truck from South Coast Fire Equipment, Inc., in the amount of\n$3,093,727.73 which includes all applicable taxes and fees, for the Anaheim Fire & Rescue\nDepartment.
