Authorize notice to be published once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of\ngeneral circulation for unclaimed monies held by City of Chino Hills for three or more years\nand authorize monies not claimed within 60 days after publication of first notice to become\nproperty of City and recorded as revenue in General Fund and Water Utility Fund
